The Types and Phases

The other types usually last temporarily but can be considered as symptoms of major illness like skin infection, stress, over dose of drugs, etc. Each strand of the scalp goes through a growing phase termed 'anagen', which lasts for almost 1000 days, then enters a transitional phase called as a 'catagen' which lasts for 10 days. It is in this stage that the hair stops growing and then comes the final phase, known as the 'telogen', which goes on for another 100 days. After this, the hair finally falls out of the follicle and is replaced by a new strand of hair, with which a new cycle starts again. Most of the people almost claim and expect that they should not loose even a single strand of hair and that is totally impossible! As per the hair cycle, hair will grow and periodically fall out. Those who really suffer from this ailment face their worst phase in the summers when hair start falling more and more than in any other season. The whole and soul reason behind it being the sweaty and damp hair because of the excessive heat which weakens the roots of the hairs. If the case is severe, definitely you have to visit a doctor and get the proper medications, but it is also important to do the things in your hand which can if not stop at least reduce the rate of hair fall. Some of the main ways being; by keeping your scalp as clean as possible because if you have clogged pores, there are more chances that you will experience breakouts, staying out in the sun for too long can make your hair dry which would eventually lead to balding.
I would suggest that, try to maintain a balanced diet and exercise regularly and more importantly try to stay relaxed. During summers take care of your hair twice as much as you would do normally and if still your hair
problem persists, make it a point to visit a doctor at the earliest and opt for a suitable treatment.
