·       Diamonds tend to scratch metal surfaces, so while storing sets, earrings; each piece should be individually wrapped in cotton.

·       One of the most important things that should be remembered is that jewellery should be kept away from moisture.

·       Always wear your perfume before you wear your jewellery, as perfume lessens the shine of your jewels.

·       Jewellery should be wiped with a soft cloth and no harsh chemicals should be used.

·       Once in 6 months the jewellery should be given for professional cleaning.
