Reduce weight without having bad hair days

Summer is synonym of sweat for sure. No matter how hard you try to look fresh without any trace of sweat, a drop of it tends to show on your body. Whether it is gymming indoors with AC on or doing yoga outdoors early morning, there is no way you can avoid sweat. Bathing takes care of your sweat on your body but for your hair you can’t always wash it off with products loaded with numerous chemicals...not everyday at least. Apart from sun there are other factors that can damage your hair while you are making attempts to reduce weight.

Outdoor Care
When you go out for a quick jog or take a bike ride for maintaining your lower portion of the body, don’t forget to wear a cap to protect your hair from sun damage. Like sunscreen for your skin, there are products which offer protection from UV rays. Apply that. Swimming indoors or outdoors, a cap is required to prevent damage from chlorine. After that rinse off your hair to remove the chemical.


Sweat Control
Any form of exercise will surely make you sweat. You can’t avoid sweating but can control it to some extent. Wear cotton hair band so that the sweat gets absorbed in that. Sweat leaves your hair wet and gives an untidy look. You can either use a mild shampoo or wait for air dry. Hair dryer can be used once in a while when you have to attend an important meeting.
