1. Water is very important to have a healthy skin. Try and have 6 to 8 glasses of water every day even in winters. This will help to keep your skin moist, refreshed and supple.
2. Maintain a healthy and balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables.
3. Moisturizing; is another very important thing to keep your skin healthy. Basically in winters, as it helps to restore the oils that our skin has and helps to keep the skin hydrated.
4. Exercise is also very important for the skin to look and feel healthy. Regular exercise helps to keep the skin elasticity which prevents wrinkles.
5. For the skin to look and feel healthy one must have adequate amount of sleep. It energizes the body’s organs as well as the skin.
6. Try and stop bad habits like smoking and drinking to have a healthy skin. As smoking causes pre-mature aging and yellowing of the teeth and skin. So try and get rid of bad habits.
If you try and follow the above mentioned tips you will surely get a healthy and a better skin in sometime. But you have to follow them in a regular basis, which will help in maintaining a beautiful skin.
