Liquid diet is essentially clear liquid which includes water, coffee or with no milk or sugar, juice with no pulp and any drink which is light and has no alcohol or anything added to it. Living only on this form of diet will ultimately make you weak apart from cutting down fat. To stay healthy this should not be done for a long duration.

Unlike clear liquid, smooth one is healthier and tastier version of liquid diet. “As a chef I always think of how to make food interesting. You can’t possibly survive on clear liquid.
