Eat your Breakfast: Don’t skip your breakfast. If you skip your breakfast you will be low on metabolism. You will feel hungry the whole day and you end up eating more than the usual amount. 

Chew your food: Chewing consumes oodles of calories. If you chew your food for a longer period of time you will consume less amount of food .Your stomach will send signals to the brain that it’s full and doesn’t require
more food. It will digest your food and will keep you full for a longer duration of time.

Eat Fruits: Eat fruits before your meals. This will help you to digest your food and will detoxify your digestive system and will give you ample amount of energy and will also help in reducing those extra kilos.

Have smaller meals: Try to have seven to eight small meals in a day. This will help you to increase your metabolism and will keep you energetic.
